After finding this gem at the Colorado Beef Festival I knew I had to take my visiting family to their store to taste the difference in their product first hand. They did not disappoint! Great jerky. And the roast we had for dinner was incredibly fresh and moist. Prices better than the grocery store. Incredible value!
We bought a #5 lb chuck roast and it was amazing! From the minute I opened the package I could smell the freshness of the meat. We slow cooked it and it was delicious, so tender and flavorful! So glad we saw them at the Colorado beef festival. Highly recommended buying meat here
I purchased a beef box for the first time last month (June 2025). Amazing beef, they even have beef that has never been frozen! The only downside for me is the amount of ground beef. I have started to get creative with receipts containing ground beef. Other than that the quality is amazing. My tummy doesn’t hurt after eating this beef at all, it cools beautifully on the smoker. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
These steaks are incredible, really so much better than what you can find in the grocery store. I’m eating a flank steak right now, grilled, that is as tender as a filet. I barely marinated it. Osso bucco, top serloins, great ground beef.
I love their in-store deal on ground beef. Always great to support Colorado farmers. They also carry products from a local pork farm.

The staff was sooooo knowledgeable about the sourcing of each cut i was beyond impressed!!! Hospitable AF and great quality beef. I wish the cuts were raw but they were wrapped and sealed. I can over look that....

A pleasant surprise: When you buy a lb. of any other meat, the ground beef is discounted. So, since I bought a lb of chorizo ($11), I had the option of buying a pound of ground beef for $3.95. That's a no-brainer. You can't even get ground beef that cheap on sale at King Soopers and this is local, Angus, farm-raised beef.
The employee was fantastic, and the shop was clean and well-organized.
